I had a very disappointing experience with X law firm. Their lack of attention to detail and failure to provide me with regular updates on my case made me feel like they were not invested in my legal matter. In addition, they were unresponsive to my emails and phone calls, which was frustrating and made me feel like they did not value my time or concerns. To make matters worse, I found out that they made a significant error in my case, which ultimately cost me time and money. I would not recommend X law firm to anyone looking for competent and reliable legal representation.
